This Golf-Break Will Cost You Two Fingers
An unfortunate golfing holidaymaker has lost two fingers after being attacked by a crocodile whilst playing in Cancun, Mexico.
Edward Lunger, 50, from America, was taking some practice swings when a crocodile leapt from nowhere and sunk its teeth into his arm.
Lunger said: "It was in the sand. She pulled me back and flipped me, and I went to the ground.
“I’m thinking my whole hand is off, I couldn’t feel my hand. It was like my whole body was on fire. The crocodile was holding me down, and I pulled myself out. I don’t remember even doing that."
Luckily Lunger's friend, Mark Martin, was on hand to rescue his pal, thumping a boulder into the unruly reptile's head.
As if the stress of the incident alone wasn't enough, Mr Lunger was apparently swiftly pressured into signing papers absolving the course of any responsibility, and now they've reportedly spread rumours that Lunger was tempting the crocs with chicken.
This unsurprisingly isn't going down all that well with Lunger, and Martin, but after signing legal papers it seems their hands are tied.
