Lydia Ko Joins Golf Giants Callaway
Lydia Ko appears to have secured her biggest sponsorship deal to date, aligning herself with golf giants Callaway in what has been suggested as a lucrative partnership.
No official confirmation has been made from Callaway Golf, but it is understood that the company has won the race for Ko’s signature, meaning the New Zealander will be sporting Callaway’s equipment in 2014.
Apparently pictures have been leaked which could confirm the deal, in which a Callaway 2014-season staff bag was seen with Ko’s name embroidered on the front panel – leaving little to the imagination that this deal is real, and it’s all but confirmed.
Ko recently visited Callaway’s fitting centre in the US where she met with Phil Mickelson, Callaway’s star player.
