Butch Harmon To Donate A Portion Of His DVD Sales TO Harmon’s Heroes Foundation
Butch Harmon will contribute $25.00 from the proceeds of the sale of each of his instructional DVDs, 'Butch Harmon About Golf presented by Titleist', to the Harmon's Heroes Foundation which directly benefits wounded war veterans.
This is a cause Butch is particularly active in hosting his annual Veteran's Day tournament in Las Vegas and to get the word out about his latest attempt to raise funds for the vets his pledge will appear in a full-page ad in the next issue of Golf Digest, which hits newsstands in early April.
"Many of us have no idea what these veterans face once they get home," says the 69-year-old Harmon. "In the past and for the foreseeable future we will continue to hold golf and other charity functions to raise monies to help support this worthy cause. To that end I am directing the 'Butch Harmon About Golf' staff to set aside $25 from the sale of each DVD that is sold, and donate those proceeds to the Harmon's Heroes Foundation, effective immediately, thru April 10th. "
John and Cathy Manni, founders of JM Adjustment, and a sponsor of 'Butch Harmon About Golf' DVD, have graciously agreed to match the total donations received from the sale of each DVD, thru April 10th. That means $50 will be donated to The Harmon's Heroes Foundation for every DVD sold.
