Nike Covert Irons
We’ve hit the Nike Covert irons and were amazed by them. They went absolutely miles! What’s strange is that Nike aren’t even marketing them for their distance!
Covert by name, covert by nature, these irons hide most of the technology in a very slim package for a club of this nature. Weight is placed in the corners of the clubhead for maximum perimeter-weighting.
Nike’s NexCor face design is used to increase ballspeed across the whole face of the irons. These pack a lot of forgiveness but the shape is fantastic. They have the profile of a low-handicap iron like a Ping i20, but the forgiveness of the Ping G25. It’s a clever combination that we think will do very well for them.
